"I had an awesome experience dealing with Crystal! I had been in contact with her in January as I was looking to upgrade our vehicle, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! At that time, it just wasn't right for me to purchase a vehicle and she understood that and did not pressure me. Approximately 5 months later I contacted her again and we struck a deal on a Chevrolet Cruze that worked perfect for me and my family. I live about 2.5 hours away from Edmonton and she was very accommodating as far as making arrangements for meeting, especially because my girlfriend was 8 months pregnant at this time. We went to take the car for a test drive and had a couple issues with the car on this test drive. ( to no fault of the dealer ) The problems were rectified while we waited and OEM GM parts were put on to fix the problem. Overall great experience and would recommend everyone to her!
